Effective October 16, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and WatchTonight ("we").
1. The service
This site is a pre-launch page for WatchTonight, an upcoming app that will suggest movies and shows available on streaming services you already have, plus an optional newsletter. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any streaming service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to sign up.
3. Your use
Don't misuse the signup (for example, signing up other people without their consent), and don't try to break, overload or bypass the site's protections.
4. Paid features
Nothing on this site is for sale. An optional Pro tier may be offered later; any pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated first.
5. Intellectual property
The WatchTonight name, design and software are ours. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to US$50.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
